JOB SUMMARY:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with strong record-keeping abilities. Previous housekeeping experience, particularly within a hotel environment, is considered an asset. The successful candidate will support housekeeping management in the daily operations of the department, including guest room cleaning, inventory control, adherence to brand standards, and laundry operations using commercial equipment.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Clean and maintain guest rooms in accordance with established brand standards (dusting, sanitizing, vacuuming, and linen removal)
Assist the Executive Housekeeper and Assistant Housekeeper in ensuring efficient departmental operations
Maintain appropriate stock levels on housekeeping carts and within floor storage areas
Conduct regular inspections of public areas to ensure cleanliness and presentation standards are upheld
Perform daily inspections of all occupied rooms to ensure quality control
Accurately document room status, including completed cleaning tasks and maintenance requirements
Monitor and record additional cleaning schedules for guest rooms and common areas
Maintain effective communication with Front Desk to support operational efficiency
Perform additional duties as assigned by management
QUALIFICATIONS:
Previous experience in a hotel or commercial housekeeping environment is preferred
Demonstrated attention to detail and strong organizational skills
