In this role you will lead & coordinate daily parts activities with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service. In one of Canadas top John Deere dealer organizations you will create quality experiences in a friendly and collaborative environment that encourages learning and growth.

You will:
-Lead all processes to ensure customer satisfaction
-Motivate employees by coaching/training/development
-Provide customer focused product support
-Drive department efficiency/profitability/performance
-Manage all dept functions including attraction/retention/effective engagement of employees

You have:
-3-5 yrs exp in Parts operations & management (or Senior tech looking for growth)
-Experience leading & developing others
-Exemplary customer service skills
-Knowledge of John Deere/competitive products

You are:
-Results-oriented, strong work ethic
-Positive, empathetic
-Self-aware, high level of Emotional Intelligence (EQ)
-Excellent communicator, analytical
