Responsibilities:  
-Plan, schedule and track progress of all work orders for the Services Group
-Develop, manage and optimize the preventative/predictive maintenance program along with tracking of any equipment usage and maintenance performance metrics
-Review and process all completed work orders
-Create, manage and edit Equipment Master Records and Functional Location in SAP
-Provide support in the planning and purchasing of mobile equipment
-Coordinate efforts with Purchasing and Logistics personnel to secure goods and services on site
-Initialize new site inventory for the maintenance of all mobile equipment and fixed assets
-Develop and maintain equipment BOMs
-Periodic review and updating of work instructions
-Maintain equipment condition monitoring program (oil samples), review / interpretation of results to monitor and anticipate potential component failures
-Manage equipment warranty claims, monitor the status of the claims and reviews warranty settlements to ensure funds are appropriately applied

Skills and Qualifications:
-Journeyperson Heavy Duty/Industrial Mechanic, Mechanical Technician/Technologist or equivalent experience/training
-3+ years of industrial maintenance planning experience
-Proficient in SAP, particularly in Preventative Maintenance module
-Strong administrative skills and maintenance aptitude
-Knowledge of preventative maintenance strategies is an asset
-Proficient with using Microsoft Excel

Work Location & Schedule:
-McClean Lake
-14 day in/ 14 day out rotating schedule but adjustments will be required periodically to balance time spent with team
-Normally an 11 hour work day, although some activity outside of normal working hours may be required
