Description

The Business Growth Coordinator plays a critical role in driving business growth, retention, and collaboration across the Greater Regina Area (GRA) for Economic Development Regina. Reporting to the Manager, Entrepreneurship & Emerging Sectors, this position is responsible for coordinating key programs that support business growth while fostering strong relationships with businesses, stakeholders, and industry. This is a high-energy role focused on business engagement, program
execution, and program administration to ensure EDRs business support programs are effectively delivered.

Performance Indicators
Effective administration of the Business Growth Program with measurable outcomes.
Increase in entrepreneur participation and positive feedback from program participants.
Number of events/workshops organized, attendance rates, and post-event evaluations.
Effective allocation of program resources, including budget adherence and cost-efficiency.
Number of businesses that achieve key milestones (e.g., revenue growth, job creation, expansion) due to program support.
Success in assisting with sponsorships or securing additional funding, as needed.
Timely and accurate reporting of key program and metrics.

This is what were looking for
Educational Background:
Bachelors degree in business, economics, public administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Skills and Expertise:
At least 1 - 3 years of experience in program management, project coordination,
entrepreneurship, economic development, or a related field.
