The Bigger Picture:
Were looking for a team player who thrives on developing relationships and providing creative solutions to come on board as our Small Business Advisor, Agriculture at our Humboldt location. You will be providing needs-based holistic financial advice to our agriculture small business members. This is a temporary opportunity for up to 17 months.

How youll be spending your time:
- Keeping up-to-date on industry trends to have proactive advice-based conversations fueled by a passion to improve the financial well-being of our business members
- Marketing yourself to build your book of business in the local community
- Ensuring a healthy balance between opportunity and risk and between growth and profitability for Conexus

The experience you bring:
- 3+ years of previous credit and advisory experience in a financial institution
- Proven relationship management skills
- Experience in business or agricultural lending
- Post-secondary education related to agriculture or business is an asset
- Experience in the agriculture industry or running a small business is an asset
