Description

The Corporate Asset Management Analyst supports strategic decisions that guide the care of the Citys assets valued at five point five billion dollars. You will help shape asset management strategy, assess the state of City assets and provide clear recommendations that support sustainable and effective services for residents. This role is ideal for someone who brings energy, curiosity and a drive for continuous improvement.

What You Bring
-Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret large data sets and present clear insights
-Knowledge of municipal infrastructure, asset management concepts and project management
-Ability to build relationships, lead discussions and work across departments
-Clear communication skills with the ability to prepare reports and convey complex ideas
