Description

Trig Energy Services is currently accepting applications for a full-time Dispatcher/Scheduler. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and scheduling field operations, ensuring timely and efficient communication between drivers, field staff, and customers. Trig Energy Services operates out of Edam, Saskatchewan and offers competitive wages and benefit packages.



QUALIFICATIONS

Previous dispatching experience preferred (oilfield or transportation industry an asset)
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Knowledge of local geography and roadways is an asset
Flexible schedule with availability for after-hours dispatch as needed


RESPONSIBILITIES

Schedule, dispatch, and coordinate drivers and equipment to job sites
Monitor field activities and adjust schedules as needed to accommodate changes or emergencies
Maintain accurate records of dispatch activities
Communicate effectively with customers, field crews, and management
Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable regulations
