Job Description: The Patient Client Experience (PCE) Associate is responsible for performing key functions within the Patient & Client Experience portfolio. The PCE Associate works closely with the Directors of Accreditation, Patient Support and Development, and Patient and Family Centered Care in providing guidance and support on PCE and patient engagement activities that align with the SHA strategic initiatives and continuous improvement activities. The Associate supports and works closely with Patient Family Advisors, leaders, all departments and operation leads and managers to plan, develop and implement successful PCE strategies. The PCE Associate provides education around the expectations and behaviors that define Patient and Family Centered Care, facilitates the supports needed to achieve measurable results in PFCC, supports the delivery of programs and services in support of the SHA Accreditation program and assists in the development and enhancements of programs/services within the broader Accreditation and Patient Client Experience Portfolios. The Associate demonstrates strong leadership to enable an innovative and positive working climate and a client-centric culture. The Associate must work cross functionally within the portfolio and across the organization to support operations. The Associate will develop partnerships and work closely with system and community partners.
