Key Responsibilities:

Assist with travel bookings, reservations, and itinerary preparation
Maintain office files, records, and databases
Handle basic accounting tasks such as commissions
Coordinate office schedule to ensure office coverage
Support marketing activities and social media updates
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent (additional certification in travel/tourism is an asset)
Previous administrative or customer service experience preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer applications
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
