Description

The Ministry of Social Services offers an opportunity to support positive outcomes for children, families, and communities through meaningful work in child protection and family services. This position is based in Meadow Lake and offers a flexible Drive In and Drive Out work rotation over a fourweek period, with 11hour workdays and scheduled days off. The ministry supports worklife balance and may provide compensated travel time, staff housing while on location, and a collaborative, inclusive work environment focused on community wellbeing.

The ministry is seeking dedicated, compassionate professionals who are committed to improving the safety and wellbeing of children and families. The ideal candidate is adaptable, serviceoriented, and comfortable working in a northern community setting while collaborating respectfully with families, communities, and colleagues.

Candidates must possess a Bachelor of Social Work, Bachelor of Indian Social Work, or an equivalent social work degree from an accredited university approved by CASSW.
