Responsibilities
Greet customers promptly and professionally
Schedule service appointments and coordinate with the mechanics to ensure timely service delivery
Provide detailed explanations of necessary repairs and maintenance services
Prepare repair orders, estimates and invoices with precision
Handle POS transactions accurately and process payments efficiently
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
Ensure compliance with dealership policies, safety standards, and industry regulations
Experience
Prior experience in dealership or fast paced environment preferred
Mechanical knowledge or mechanic experience highly desirable
Strong customer service skills with a focus on building lasting relationships
Experience with cash handling and transaction processing
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Basic computer skills
Valid drivers license
