Sametz Pharmacy is looking for a full-time Front Store Manager to join our team in Ituna, Saskatchewan.

Key Responsibilities:
-Lead front store operations and staff, including scheduling, hiring, training, and performance management (with HR support).
-Ensure compliance with Neighbourly Pharmacy policies and foster a positive, engaging work environment.
-Manage cash handling, deposits, daily reports, and opening/closing procedures.
-Oversee inventory control, cycle counts, shrink prevention, pricing, and supplier programs.
-Plan and execute promotions, merchandising, signage, and POP materials.
-Monitor market trends and adjust product mix and promotions as needed.
-Handle customer complaints, returns, store security, and employee discount practices.
-Support the Store Operator/Pharmacy Manager with budgeting and operational initiatives.

Qualifications:
-2+ years of retail management experience (preferred).
-Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills.
-Professional, customer-focused approach.
-Valid drivers licence; Criminal Record Check required.

Schedule:
-Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
-Closed 12:00 to 1:00 p.m. for lunch and on statutory holidays.
