we are hiring a Landscape Foreman who will be responsible for supervising landscaping projects. This role combines hands-on experience with the leadership duties required to manage crews, ensure safety compliance, and deliver projects on schedule and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret site plans and blueprints to ensure accurate execution of project specifications.
- Assign tasks to laborers and ensure crew productivity and quality of work.
- Inspect completed work to ensure compliance with project specs and client expectations.
- Monitor and enforce site safety, including hazard assessments.
- Train and mentor crew members in proper techniques and safety procedures.
- Maintain accurate records of daily activities and materials used.

Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in landscaping, with 1+ years in a leadership or foreman role
- Effective communication and leadership skills
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
- Safety certifications (CSTS, WHMIS, First Aid) are an asset
