Litigation experience in criminal or regulatory law and familiarity with CJIMS are considered assets but are not required.
Responsibilities include conducting quasicriminal and regulatory prosecutions under provincial legislation in Provincial Court and the Court of Kings Bench, managing docket and trial work, providing legal opinions, advising investigative units, and participating in legal education. Hours may include evenings and weekends, and travel, including overnight stays, may be required.
