The Outlook Housing Authority is currently recruiting a Building Services Worker to join their team for a seasonal position from May to August.  If you are ambitious, results focused, and a self-starter we would love to hear from you!

The Position:
- Assist with groundskeeping, including grass cutting, weeding, etc.
- Maintain and provide minor repairs to downspouts, gutters, fences, etc.
- Assist with garbage removal and janitorial duties
- Respond to requests for minor repairs and maintenance tasks

Responsibilities and Requirements:
- Some experience in groundskeeping, and willingness to learn new skills including operation of landscaping tools, tractor/mower, etc.
- Ability to work independently without direct supervision
- Basic knowledge in carpentry, plumbing, electrical, etc.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality

Qualifications:
- Ability to participate in a regular, continuous on call program for emergencies, including evening, weekend, and holiday coverage
- A valid drivers license, reliable, roadworthy vehicle, and an approved Enhanced (Vulnerable Sector) criminal record check are conditions of employment
