Were looking for an HR Consultant to join our Talent Development teamsomeone whos energized by building capability and making learning stick. In this role, youll lead training intake and needs assessments, then design and deliver learning experiences that help employees and leaders grow the skills they need to succeed. Youll collaborate closely with business partners, SMEs, and instructional design to ensure programs align with SGI and SGI CANADAs prioritiesand youll use feedback and data to continuously improve what we offer.

Typically, these skills are gained through a four-year degree in a relevant field of study such as Business; a certificate or diploma in adult education and five years experience in training and development.
