About the Role:

Wrapture Spa & Boutique is seeking an enthusiastic Spa Coordinator to be the first point of contact for our guests. This role is perfect for someone with excellent sales skills who thrives in a professional, client-focused environment. You will be responsible for managing the front desk, creating a welcoming atmosphere, and driving sales through exceptional guest service and product recommendations.

Responsibilities:

Greet and check in spa guests with warmth and professionalism

Book and manage appointments using spa software

Promote and sell spa services, retail products, and gift cards

Build strong client relationships and recommend personalized solutions

Process payments, manage cash, and maintain accurate records

Support daily operations including phone/email inquiries and retail merchandising

Qualifications:

Previous experience in sales, customer service, or hospitality (spa/retail an asset)

Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

Proficiency with computer systems and point-of-sale software
