BGC Saskatoon is a non-profit organization dedicated to serving children and youth in Saskatoon and we are excited to expand to Martensville.

BGC Martensville (operated by BGC Saskatoon) runs a 90-space centre located in the community of Martensville. This position is for a full-time position and is eligible for the BGC Saskatoon Health and Dental benefit package after a 3-month probationary period. Our Early Learning Centre is staffed by a committed group of early childhood educators and is supported by an onsite management team and administration support. ECE's work a 40-hour week (8-hour day), Monday to Friday. Shift start and end times are variable.  

Job duties Include:

*Plan and implement daily routines and maintain a high level of supervision and safety according to Provincial Licensing Regulations and Procedures
*Ensure the quality of the ELC by adhering to Provincial Licensing Regulations
*Work in a team-based environment
*Apply and interpret Early Childhood Education developmentally appropriate practices
*Complete forms as required
*End of shift daily cleanup.
*Maintain facility to highest safety standard; ensuring all toys/furniture/equipment are in good condition
*Maintain attendance records and reports

Required Skills:

Applicants must have or be willing to obtain Phases I and II Play and Exploration training (paid training).
First Aid/CPR Certification
Early Childhood Education Certification (Compensation based on certified level)
