The Residents Operations Administrator is responsible for executing core administrative functions across Operations, Property Management, Leasing, and Maintenance. This role ensures processes are completed accurately and on time, while maintaining organized documentation and supporting cross-functional coordination. This is a high-volume execution role focused on keeping the business running smoothly day-to-day.
The successful candidate must have:
- 2 to 4 years experience in a high-volume administrative or operations role.
- Highly proficient in data entry and CRM/Property Management software management (e.g., Yardi, Entrata, or similar).
- Experience with the purchase order (PO) lifecycle, invoice tracking, and basic procurement workflows.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Strong executor who thrives on task completion.
- Comfortable working across multiple departments.
- Process-driven with strong follow-through.
- Previous experience in residential property management or real estate operations is an asset.
- Post-secondary diploma in Office Administration, Business
- Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Must be legally eligible to work in Canada (i.e. Permanent Resident or Canadian Citizen).
