Description

The Residents Operations & Systems Specialist is responsible for optimizing systems, reporting, and workflows across the organization. This role acts as the bridge between operations and technology, ensuring teams are using systems effectively and leadership has accurate, actionable data.

The successful candidate must have:
- 2 to 4 years in Operations, Systems Support, or Data Analysis, ideally within the Real Estate or Property Management industry.
- Analytical and systems-minded.
- Strong problem solver with a process improvement mindset.
- Comfortable working with data, reporting, and tools.
- Confident influencing processes across teams.
- Proven ability of technical troubleshooting as the first line of support for software inquiries, diagnosing user errors, system bugs and data discrepancies.
- Experience identifying operational bottlenecks and designing automated or streamlined workflows to increase efficiency.
- Ability to support system migrations, software integrations, or new tool rollouts from the discovery phase through to team training.
- Expertise in extracting, reconciling, and auditing large datasets to ensure data integrity and accurate reporting.
- Bachelors Degree or Diploma in Business Technology Management, Data Analytics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Must be legally eligible to work in Canada (i.e. Permanent Resident or Canadian Citizen).
