Job Description: Supervises the operations of the Maintenance Department(s) and related building systems and equipment.

Experience
- Three (3) years Journeyperson in a commercial/industrial maintenance environment
Education
- Journeyperson certification in an applicable maintenance trade

Knowledge and Abilities
- Ability to work independently
