Description

Finance & Human Resources Administrative Assistant:
Assist the administration department in the areas of finance and human resources
Data entry into financial software
Filing, scanning, asset management
Development of standard operating procedures
Coordination and preparation for various meetings including notetaking Human Resources
Data entry into HRMS system
Assist with recruitment
Research best practices
Development of employee handbook
Research Assistant:
Assist with the review, research and development of various course modules offered by SFNFCI
Assist with the development of curriculum modules in relation to services provided to First Nations organizations.
Assist with preparation of various training materials and services to multiple organizations
Assist with design and development of computerized training aids to enhance training
Assist with the preparation of training materials, logistics and operational requirements related to course delivery
Assist with reviewed design and development of SFNFCI youth resources
Develop and maintain research databases that may be utilized to develop a review curriculum
Learning Operations Administration Assistant:
Assist with the coordination of facilitated training to learners
Data entry in learning management system
Preparation of learner documents and certificates of completion
Review and development of feedback forms for course delivery
Review and edit communication documents for advertisement of course offerings
Assist with development of course catalogue and marketing materials
Assist with the maintenance of website course registration and relevant information
Information Technology (IT) Support Technician:
Assist with computer asset management
Assist with help desk inquires
Assist with the development of IT standard operating procedure
Assist with the development of M365 training materials for staff
Digitize old files for corporate history retention
Assist with other needs
