DUTIES:
>To come to work with a positive, professional approach and attitude.
>To be dependable for all scheduled shifts.
>To perform accurate inventory counts daily in lumber, hardware, sales floor, warehouse, yard areas, and meeting the inventory count schedules.
>To co-ordinate inventory maintenance of hardware equipment and software programs.
>To perform all MI9 file maintenance functions related to the inventory count schedule.
>To provide information, assistance and service to customers in a manner which will promote the sale of merchandise and meets the needs, requirements and expectations of the consumer.
>To ensure self-development is planned for and the initiative is taken to improve knowledge, skills or attitude.
>To be familiar with and adhere of Sherwood Co-op policies and procedures.
>Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
>Grade XII education
>Must be a mature responsible individual, available as required.
>Must be accurate and thorough with all inventory counts.
>Minimum of 2 years lumber and hardware product and inventory experience.
>Minimum of one year experience with MI9.
>Basic computer skills and ability to work on own initiative are essential.
>Must be bondable.
>Membership in Sherwood Co-op is a prerequisite.
>Participation in direct payroll deposit program.
