Location: Saskatoon - Full-Time

We are looking for a motivated, reliable, and customer focused individual to join our Saskatoon team as a Customer Service / Counter Sales Representative. This is a dynamic role that blends customer service, order desk support, warehouse assistance, and occasional delivery tasks in a fast paced environment.

What you'll do:
- Provide Exceptional Customer Service: You will interact with
  customers both in person and over the phone, answering questions,
  assistance with product selection and troubleshooting.
- Support Daily Operations: Other office and warehouse duties may be
  required.
- Physical Requirements: Must be able to lift up to 22.5 kg.
- Foster a Positive Atmosphere: Work collaboratively with your team
  to meet customer needs while maintaining a friendly and inclusive
  environment.
- Keep learning and growing: Take advantage of ongoing training
  opportunities to develop your skills and knowledge about our
  products and services.

Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills
- Team orientated
- Strong attention to detail
- Previous customer service experience
- Available for a rotating Saturday shift(10AM-3PM) at overtime rates
- Proficiency with computers and POS systems
