Provide safe, courteous, efficient and customer-focused service in our Diner.
Prepare food and beverage menu items in accordance with established specifications, standards, and procedures, including the safe handling of raw and cooked foods.
Accurately measure, combine, and prepare products using knives, kitchen tools, and food service equipment such as deep fryers, ovens, flat griddles, burners, softserve machines, coffee machines, drink mixers, hot dog rollers, freezers, and coolers.
Ensure all orders are prepared and served according to established portion standards.
Follow all food safety and sanitation requirements, including proper use and frequent changing of protective gloves.
Remove and discard products that do not meet quality standards and accurately record required equipment and product temperatures, as applicable.
Perform duties and responsibilities of a cashier and also ensure an accurate cash balance is achieved at the end of each shift
Perform housekeeping duties to maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area.
Perform other duties assigned.
