Provide an exceptional level of customer service.
Maintain a safe and efficient operation while adhering to all Discovery Co-op, industry, and governmental policies, procedures, and standards, including meeting established productivity standards.
Be responsible for the production of goods in a scratch-to-finish bakery including ordering, receiving, measuring, baking, decorating, displaying, and pricing.
May update and train all existing and new team members on proper techniques, new items, and ensuring correct procedures are followed.
Perform general housekeeping duties, assisting team members when necessary, and any other duties as assigned.
