Description

The Ministry of Trade and Export Development is offering an opportunity within its Corporate Services Branch for a highly organized and detailoriented Executive Coordinator to provide seniorlevel administrative leadership and office management support. The position plays a central role in ensuring efficient operations, effective coordination, and responsive executive support within the branch.

The Ministry is seeking a confident and independent administrative professional who excels in managing competing priorities, meeting tight deadlines, and handling frequent interruptions. The ideal candidate is approachable and collaborative, able to build strong working relationships, and adaptable in responding to new challenges. Strong communication skills, discretion, and sound judgment are essential, along with the ability to identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute innovative solutions.

Key qualifications include experience providing seniorlevel administrative and executive support, managing calendars and correspondence, coordinating meetings and travel, and maintaining effective records management systems.

The role requires proficiency in budget monitoring, invoice processing, expense tracking, and preparation of reports, as well as strong skills in drafting, editing, and proofreading correspondence in accordance with Government of Saskatchewan standards.

Experience using Microsoft Office applications and independently leading projects or managing programs is required, typically gained through a combination of formal education in business or office administration and related work experience. cy.
