We are looking for an HR Consultant, Human Resource Management System (HRMS), to join our team and play a key role in optimizing and evolving our Human Resource Management System (Workday).
You will help shape how our HRMS (Workday) supports employees and leaders, modernize processes, improve efficiency, and enhance the overall HR experience. This role blends HR expertise, system configuration, and stakeholder partnership. It is ideal for someone who enjoys translating business needs into effective HR technology solutions.
As a Human Resource Management System (HRMS) Consultant, you will leverage your expertise in benefits, time and absence, talent management, learning, and compensation. You will also apply your knowledge of policies, processes, and HR technology to deliver effective HR services using the HRMS (Workday).

Have experience with HRMS platforms; Workday experience is an asset.
Strong knowledge of core HR processes (benefits, time and absence, talent management, learning, compensation, etc.) and data structures.

These skills are typically acquired through a four-year degree from an accredited post-secondary institution in a relevant field, such as Business or Information Technology, and five years of experience with a human resource management system performing analysis and complex reporting.
