Were expanding our team and looking for a motivated, customerfocused Salesperson who loves the thrill of motorsports and the satisfaction of helping customers find their perfect ride.

A Powersports Salesperson for Rocky Powersports & Marine specialize in retail professional who sells motorized recreational vehicles, including ATVs, side-by-sides, motorcycles, personal watercraft, and snowmobiles. This role involves guiding customers through the entire sales processfrom initial inquiry to final deliverywhile providing expert advice on product features, maintenance, and safe usage.

Job Duties and Responsibilities Include:

Welcome customers and guide them through the buying experience
Sell powersports major units and related accessories
Build longterm customer relationships and deliver exceptional service
Stay uptodate on product features, promotions, and industry trends
Work closely with finance, parts, and service teams to ensure a smooth customer journey
Maintain a clean, organized showroom and assist with merchandising

Job Requirements and Qualifications Include:

Previous sales experience (automotive, powersports, or marine is a strong asset)
A passion for motorsports, outdoor recreation, and customer service
Strong communication skills and a positive, outgoing personality
Ability to work in a fastpaced, seasonal environment
