Break Free Outreach Ministries Inc. is seeking a Thrift Store Manager to lead the operations of a purpose-driven retail social enterprise in Regina.

This leadership role is responsible for overseeing daily store operations, managing staff and volunteers, and maintaining strong retail standards in a well-organized, customer-focused environment. The successful candidate will also support the training and development of individuals gaining workplace experience.

Qualifications:

Minimum 2 - 3 years of retail management experience (required)
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
Ability to manage operations, inventory, and staff in a dynamic environment
