Creative Display Saskatchewan is Saskatchewans premier trade show exhibit and display company. A bookkeeper/office administrator is required. This job would full time 5 days/week but could be negotiable.
Responsibilities:
Accounting responsibilities include all invoicing, accounts receivable and accounts payable management, payroll, bank reconciliations, payroll and sales tax remittances, and banking. Other office functions include, ordering shipping and office supplies, general light duty shipping and receiving, booking travel arrangements, and maintaining electronic and manual filing systems. The position is also responsible for other miscellaneous office support to the company. Training will be provided.
Qualifications:
Accounting related Degree, Certificate or Diploma and/or minimum 2-5 years accounting or bookkeeping related work experience
Experience with Sage Accounting or other computer bookkeeping software
Proficient in use of Excel, Word and Outlook
Ability to operate general office equipment
Skills and Abilities:
Superior verbal and written communication skills

Ability to organize and prioritize daily and monthly work
Strong attention to details and numerical accuracy
Good writing skills
Ability to work independently with limited supervision
