TERM Full-time Grade 2/3 Teacher - SWEETGRASS
Sweetgrass School is accepting applications for a TERM Full-time Grade 2/3 Classroom Teacher.   To start April 20th, 2026  ending June 30, 2026.
Sweetgrass School is located on Sweetgrass First Nation, approximately 35 km west of North Battleford, SK.
  Duties and Responsibilities:
  Focus on improving instruction and meeting the needs of the learner
  Nurture, support and guide young learners
  Prepare engaging lessons and interactive learning activities/materials
  Conduct formal and informal assessment of students
  Incorporate appropriate technology and media in lesson planning
  Facilitate learning activities both within the classroom setting and outdoors
  Participate in co-curricular school activities
  Promote and maintain high standards of behaviour, respect and safety within the classroom
  Support families with open, ongoing communication
  Prepare course timelines and materials such as syllabi, homework assignments and handouts
  Prepare lesson plans with clear objectives that follow SK curriculum standards
