The Role

As Principal, you will:

Lead learning by supporting high-quality instruction and assessment practices
Set direction and foster a shared vision focused on student success
Build and sustain a collaborative and inclusive school culture
Support and develop staff through coaching, feedback, and professional growth
Strengthen relationships with families and the broader community
Contribute to division-wide leadership and system coherence
