Central Plains Co-op is seeking a full-time Agro Equipment Manager to join our dynamic team in Rosetown, SK
The Agro Equipment Manager is responsible for the strategic direction and overall operations of the Agro Equipment Department, including preparing, administering and being responsible for the sales, margins, and inventory of the Agro Equipment Department, ensuring occupational health & safety standards are upheld at all locations, supporting Team Members and Team Leaders, and providing exceptional customer service. Candidates must demonstrate the ability to work as part of a high functioning team of professionals and the ability to work well within a multi-generational team. Applicants must be independent workers, able to set and adjust priorities and schedules, be self-motivated, and have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
5 years retail Agro equipment sales and leadership experience.
Knowledge on budgeting and adhering to budgets.
Knowledge on inventory management processes.
Familiar with labour relations and leadership practices.
Familiar with Occupational Health and Safety legislation and practices.
Strong organizational skills
Service oriented and able to serve members and Team Members in a courteous and efficient manner.
Class 5 Drivers License and willingness to assist with deliveries and transfers throughout the Central Plains Co-op trading area.
Willing to obtain and maintain licensing and certifications as required
Flexible to work extended hours as needed during peak seasons.
