We are seeking a professional, organized, and friendly Customer Service Specialist/ Administrative Assistant to support our main office. This role is essential in delivering a high standard of customer care while ensuring smooth day-to-day administrative operations within a collaborative, team-based environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional after-care service to homeowners, coordinating service and warranty requests
Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence in a professional and timely manner
Schedule appointments and track service requests through to completion
Maintain accurate records, including data entry and filing
Assist homeowners with information regarding home systems, maintenance, and general inquiries
Support overall office operations and team members as required
Qualifications:
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
Comfortable working with technology and integrated systems (e.g., Buildertrend or similar platforms)
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Ability to manage multiple phone lines and prioritize tasks effectively
Fluent in English
Experience in construction, real estate, or customer service is considered an asset
Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday
8:00 a.m. 4:30 p.m.
