POSITION OVERVIEW
The Site Superintendent oversees day-to-day site operations and ensures projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to CCRs high standards.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead and manage on-site construction activities.
Coordinate trades, subcontractors, materials, and schedules.
Maintain site documentation.
Troubleshoot issues and make timely decisions.
Collaborate with project managers and clients.

QUALIFICATIONS
Journeyperson certification
Experience as a Superintendent.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
