Reporting to the Floor Security Shift Managers, Floor Security employees provide exceptional customer service. They monitor guest behaviour and react appropriately to maintain a safe and secure environment for guests and staff. Floor Security employees are responsible for monitoring, detecting and observing suspicious, unlawful and unsafe activities, by performing guard duties at the casino entrances or by patrols throughout the casino floor. As well, they will monitor and ensure casino operations are completed in accordance with SaskGamings policies and procedures. You will be required to work shifts including evenings, nights and weekends. The Floor Security staff work a 24-hour shift rotation. You will also be required to successfully complete the Floor Security training program starting May 11th, 2026, that will consist of 3 weeks full-time paid training.
