Were looking for a detail driven Development Clerk to provide administrative, coordination, and customer service support to our Engineering Branch. In this role, you'll manage applications and agreements, review technical submissions, maintain records and databases, handle payments and correspondence, and support both daily operations and special projects related to municipal infrastructure.
What You Bring
- Knowledge of engineering terminology, municipal agreements, and office administration
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Accuracy in reviewing technical documents and managing records
- Experience with invoicing, payments, and workflow coordination
- Proficiency with office software, including Bluebeam and Microsoft Access
- Related training plus at least nine months of administrative experience in municipal infrastructure engineering
