Description

LOCATION: Office, Six apartment buildings, Group Home

RESPONSIBILITIES: Regular cleaning tasks for both the interior and exterior of the buildings, small repair tasks, checking building security systems as needed, assist tenants as need arises, maintaining orderly and safe maintenance storage areas, organizing for and effectively communicating with private contractors if requested, report and deal with any safety issues, respond to building emergency calls such as heating problems, and water leaks as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS: Experience in the janitorial/maintenance field, trades certificate in plumbing and heating area preferred, good interpersonal and communication skills, ability to deal with crisis situations, ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
