Description

Lake Country Co-op invites applications for the position of full-time Facilities/Maintenance Team Leader to join our Team in Nipawin, Saskatchewan.

What You Will Do:
Demonstrate the behaviors and action to support Lake Country Co-operatives vision, mission, and safety principles to make a difference in the members lives, with a strong customer focused approach.
Provide an exceptional customer experience at all touch points through various communication channels.
Manage day to day tasks, duties, and scheduling of (Nipawin) Facilities team with a focus on safety, workmanship, and production.
Ensure all safety and training needs are identified, met, and recorded.
Work with the Site Team Leaders to build trust and add value to their locations to help them create an incredible customer experience.
Review project plans and specifications assisting in project design, scheduling, cost saving measures, and potential construction problems.
Work with Facilities & Property Manager to organize and plan daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly maintenance and construction activities on Lake Country sites.
Coordinate tasks according to priorities and plans, while organizing required manpower and other required resources.
Effectively and efficiently manage the development and training of the reporting team members; supervise and train workers.
Report on progress to the Site Team Leader and Facilities & Property Manager.
Ensure all work is completed to quality standards.
Control and monitor labor, material, equipment, and expenses; code invoices and balance Facilities team charge account.
Implement and maintain Facilities fleet log and schedule maintenance and safety inspections.
Champion the Asset Protection and Safety Management systems, policies, and procedures.
