1. Maintain and troubleshoot LBOSS and Fishbowl systems, including POS terminals, servers, and related hardware equipment
2. Provide day-to-day technical support to store staff for system and POS-related issues
3. Monitor and maintain system performance to ensure stable operation of retail systems and network infrastructure
4. Assist in system upgrades, testing, and implementation of new features or system changes
5. Support data management activities, including data verification and preparation during system transitions (e.g., LBOSS to Erply migration)
6. Coordinate with system vendors or external IT support providers to resolve technical issues
7. Perform routine system checks and preventive maintenance to ensure proper functioning of equipment and systems
8. Maintain user access controls, passwords, and basic data security procedures in accordance with company policies
9. Respond to system, network, or equipment failures in a timely manner to minimize business disruption
10. Perform other related duties as assigned by the supervisor
