The Ministry of Community Safety is seeking a highly motivated and selfdirected individual to serve as Deputy Director of Personnel at the Prince Albert Correctional Centre. A related postsecondary degree or equivalent experience, training, or certification is required. Preference is given to candidates with leadership experience in a large correctional operation.
Core responsibilities include overseeing recruitment, managing grievances and investigations, leading personnel initiatives such as attendance management and performance reviews, and engaging daily with internal and external stakeholders. The role also requires delivering presentations, supporting organizational development, and contributing to policy and process improvements.
