Description

The Ministry of Community Safety is seeking a highly motivated and selfdirected individual to serve as Deputy Director of Personnel at the Prince Albert Correctional Centre. The ministry values respect, integrity, service, excellence, innovation, and teamwork, and offers the opportunity to contribute to a safe, professional correctional environment while supporting staff across the facility.

They are looking for a strong communicator who can coach, guide, and support middle managers and senior peers while fostering positive labour relations in a unionized setting.
