We're seeking a highly organized Administrative Associate to provide administrative, coordination, and logistical support to the Director and management team. You'll manage documentation, scheduling, reporting, and communication flow to keep operations running efficiently and ensure timely, accurate completion of administrative tasks.

- Strong administrative and customer service skills
- Proficiency with office software and enterprise systems
- Clear communication and strong organization skills
- Ability to prioritize, adapt, and handle challenging interactions
- Education & Experience: Admin certificate + 5 years administrative/clerical experience
