Trailtech Inc. is a leading manufacturer of high-quality trailers, recognized for durability, reliability, and innovation. We are currently seeking a Maintenance Assistant to join our team in Gravelbourg, Saskatchewan.
The Maintenance Assistant will support the maintenance team in maintaining equipment, machinery, and facility operations. This is a hands-on role suited for an individual with mechanical aptitude who enjoys working in a manufacturing environment. This position reports directly to the Maintenance Supervisor.

Duties and Responsibilities
Assist with routine maintenance and repair of production equipment
Perform general building and facility maintenance (lighting, minor repairs, etc.)
Support preventative maintenance programs
Maintain a clean and organized maintenance workspace
Assist with troubleshooting mechanical and equipment issues
Follow all workplace health and safety policies and procedures
Assist with inventory and organization of maintenance tools, parts, and supplies

Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Basic mechanical aptitude and experience with hand and power tools
Ability to perform physically demanding work (lifting, standing, bending)
Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Previous maintenance experience is considered an asset
