In this role, you will:
-Communicate and collaborate with other general supervisors and departments to ensure coordinated execution of all work activities.
-Maintain appropriate budget and workforce levels and ensure crew training and development is prioritized and remains complainant.
-Ensure work is planned, scheduled and coordinated so work is completed as efficiently as possible.
-Develop and mentor a team of individual leaders.
-Promote continuous improvement to enhance operational efficiency and overall performance.
-Inspect the workplace regularly to ensure expectations, standards and procedures are met.
Required:
-10 years of progressive work experience in a process setting, or a combination of technical education and work experience;
-effective leadership skills;
-five years of experience supervising front-line staff;
-organized leader with strategic vision;
-work a rotation schedule and commute to site by aircraft; and
-proficient computer skills.
Recommended:
-uranium milling or processing experience.
