Description

Accountable for providing owner-side strategic leadership, direction and end-to-end program management for large-scale capital construction projects and office renovations.  Expertise is required to coordinate management of multiple related projects directed toward a common business objective. Accountable for the successful planning and execution of highly integrated construction projects that collectively deliver the overall program objectives.  Ensures scope, schedule, budget, quality, safety, and performance targets are achieved through strong governance, proactive stakeholder alignment, disciplined risk and change management, and clear decision-making frameworks. Oversees
consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders responsible for individual projects and workstreams, ensuring alignment with program outcomes and minimizing disruption to business operations.  Empowered to coordinate shared resources, manage cross project interdependencies, and resolve conflicts to realize overall program benefits, with a direct line to senior leadership for decision-making and escalation
