The Water Security Agency is seeking a results-driven, strategic and collaborative leader to serve as Manager, Procurement.
In this leadership role, you will work closely with WSA management, staff, suppliers, and senior executives to direct and manage all organizational procurement activities. You will translate strategic priorities into effective operational outcomes developing, implementing, and maintaining procurement strategies, policies, and protocols aligned with Legal Services, applicable trade agreements, legislation, and government directives. Championing fairness, accountability, and transparency will be at the core of your mandate.
You will lead short, medium, and long-term purchasing planning, oversee supplier evaluation and performance management, and drive continuous improvement through vendor debriefings, staff development, and education. The role also collaborates with SaskBuilds, fostering strong government-wide procurement partnerships.

Diploma or Certificate program in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Logistics, or related field along with Professional certification or working toward Supply Chain Management Professional (SCMP), Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM) or equivalent.
The minimum previous work experience requirement is set at 8 years, with direct experience in procurement/purchasing being a preferred asset.
