Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources Coordinator to support our growing operations. This role will be responsible for assisting with recruitment, employee relations, compliance, and day-to-day HR functions within a fast-paced oilfield environment. This is a full time position located in Oxbow, SK.

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate full-cycle recruitment (job postings, interviews, onboarding)
Maintain employee records and ensure HR documentation is up to date
Assist with onboarding and orientation of new hires
Support payroll and benefits administration
Ensure compliance with federal employment regulations and the Canada Labour Code
Handle employee inquiries and support positive employee relations
Assist with performance management processes
Maintain safety certifications and training records
Support policy development and implementation

Qualifications
12 years of experience in Human Resources (oilfield or transportation experience is an asset)
Knowledge of Canadian employment standards and regulations
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to handle confidential information professionally
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
