As a Financial Services Advisor I Contact Centre, you are responsible for understanding our members financial goals and supporting their achievement through the provision of sound financial advice. This includes the offering and fulfillment of financial services and products to new and existing members.
Our Contact Centres core business hours are Monday -Thursday 8:00am to 8:00pm, Friday 8:00am to 6:00pm and Saturday 8:00am to 4:00pm.
This opportunity is available to all Conexus locations, depending on space availability.
Your time:
Proactively identify members financial goals and provide advice and solutions to support their achievement
Provide account, investment and lending products, within scope of position, to meet member needs:
-Memberships and accounts including lines of credit
-Consumer investment products (excluding mutual funds)
-Non-complex consumer lending products
-Cards
Your experience:
1 to 2 years of Financial Industry Experience in an Advisory Capacity
Experience in a Sales position is considered an asset
Completion of or working towards the Financial Planner and Personal Financial Services Advice designations
Call centre experience is considered an asset
Experience working within DNA core banking system
