Job Summary
Bourgault Industries is looking for Production Welders to join our manufacturing team in Vonda, SK. As part of this role, you will be working on the Highline Manufacturing product line, contributing to the production of high-quality agricultural equipment. Entry-level applicants are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities
Use existing work orders, work instructions & department procedures to complete weldments
Read drawings in order to assemble parts in a fixture
Produce welds in all positions & use tooling provided
Follow the instructions of the supervisor to complete given tasks
Use other hand power tools as required to complete tasks
Detect minor defects in the parts, the completed component as well as minor defects in weld quality
Ensure that equipment being used regularly is in good working order

Academic/Education Requirements
High school diploma or GED
On the job training

Required Skills/Experience
Minimum of 1-2 years MIG welding experience
Ability to work independently
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Attention to detail and ability to multi-task
Ability to read blueprints
Willingness to learn new skills.
